Physical Therapist / PTA – Outpatient Orthopedics (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Location: Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, US. Full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible 8-hour hours, and no weekends. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annual compensation, including an $85,000 guaranteed base salary, performance bonuses, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Private outpatient orthopedic practice providing rehabilitation and patient-centered physical therapy services.

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide care across orthopedics, postoperative rehabilitation, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, pelvic health, Parkinson’s disease, and chronic pain management.

Requirements

• DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree; PTAs are also considered.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist or PTA license, or eligibility for licensure, is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic care and long-term clinical development.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Experience with dry needling or vestibular rehabilitation.
• Experience in pelvic health.
