Virtual Health Psychologist - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must work within the Central Time zone. The schedule is five 8-hour shifts rotating between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, including at least one early and one late shift each week. A high-speed internet connection and private, dedicated workspace are required.

Salary: $99,840–$124,800 annually.

What you will do

• Provide virtual psychological care to members through the Digital Wellness Center.
• Conduct evidence-based psychological and neuropsychological screenings, diagnose DSM-5 and comorbid conditions, and identify biopsychosocial factors.
• Deliver integrated assessments, short-term solution-focused psychotherapy, longitudinal care, and counseling for individuals of all ages.
• Lead psychotherapy groups, seminars, and couples or family sessions when appropriate.
• Coordinate behavioral health case management, referrals, and communication with Premise teams and external treatment facilities.
• Collaborate with medical professionals in an integrated care setting.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active license to practice clinical psychology and eligibility for or existing PSYPACT credentials, including an E-Passport issued by ASPPB and residence in a PSYPACT state.
• Ability and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure, potentially covering up to 50 states.
• 2–4 years of experience in mental health treatment, including depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, marital and family therapy, grief, and loss involving adults and children.
• Prior virtual-care or telehealth experience.
• CAMS-care certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
