Psychotherapist (Behavioral Health): Providing outpatient, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling for adults in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting with an accent on assessment, diagnosis, clinical documentation, and continuity of care. Focus on treating anxiety, OCD, depression, and disruptive behavior disorders while building a long-term patient panel and contributing to clinician training.
Location: Southern New Hampshire Health, Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. On-site to start, with hybrid flexibility of one remote day per week once the patient panel is established. Work shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.

What you will do
- Provide outpatient, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to adults.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with anxiety, OCD, depression, and disruptive behavior disorders.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with internal medicine providers, psychiatrists, and community partners to support continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, professional development, and training for mental health clinicians.
- Build and maintain a long-term patient panel within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- One of the following qualifications: Psychologist with a PhD or PsyD from an APA-approved program and APA-approved internship; Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW and LICSW; or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician with an LCMHC.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- New Hampshire licensure is required, or the ability to obtain a New Hampshire license; Massachusetts licensure is optional.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
