Licensed Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: Florida, United States — fully remote from a private home workspace

Salary: $68,000–$74,000 annually plus bonus; total earning opportunity may reach $100,000 annually for top earners.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program.
• Assess patients and support diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Create treatment plans and partner with clients to achieve care goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Deliver care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Employment authorization must not depend on a temporary or employer-dependent visa.
• Private work-from-home space required for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish, with additional compensation available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
