Licensed Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote within the United States; work from home with a private space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT; no weekends.

Salary: $69,000–$76,000 base annually, with bonuses and total earning opportunity up to $100,000 annually for top earners. Compensation varies by clinician state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program.
• Assess clients and support diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans in partnership with clients.
• Help clients achieve treatment goals through ongoing clinical care.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and appropriate unrestricted clinical licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Temporary or employer-dependent visa-based work authorization is not supported.
• A private work-from-home space meeting patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluent English; Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
