Remote, Clinical Intake Therapist (New Hampshire)

Location: Remote, New Hampshire; work authorization in the United States required. Required availability includes shifts aligned with Eastern Time between 10:30am and 11pm ET.

Salary: $55,000–$67,500 per year at commencement of employment; final base pay depends on location and experience.

What you will do

• Meet clients upon admission, build rapport, present programming, and establish treatment needs.
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults.
• Determine suitability for virtual intensive outpatient program care and construct provisional diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria.
• Document client information in electronic medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Assign treatment team members and group schedules while communicating new admissions to staff.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Benefits Verification, Utilization Review, clinical teams, and external behavioral health referral sources.

Requirements

• LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or an MSW degree; independent licensure is preferred, and associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure may be considered.
• Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
• Experience working with a broad range of ages is preferred.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency and authorization to work in the United States are required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Reliable technology for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
