TL;DR
Founder's Office (AI/Fintech): Driving cross-functional execution for AI agents serving regulated financial services with an accent on CEO enablement, customer delivery operations, compliance workflows, and internal operating systems. Focus on diagnosing ambiguous problems, building crisp plans and KPI frameworks, coordinating enterprise launches, and managing projects through completion in person in San Francisco.
Location: On-site in San Francisco, with four days spent collaborating in person at the San Francisco office
Salary: $150K–$230K annually, plus equity

What you will do
- Own the CEO and leadership operating cadence, including priorities, OKR/KR tracking, decision logs, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
- Run cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build dashboards, templates, playbooks, KPI frameworks, onboarding plans, and operating routines.
- Support enterprise deal execution, including proposals, statements of work, pricing models, redlines, mutual action plans, and customer-ready reporting.
- Drive customer launches and high-stakes timelines by managing dependencies, risks, escalations, and communications.
- Operationalize compliance, quality assurance, change management, audit documentation, evidence collection, budgeting, and vendor management.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in startup operations, consulting, banking or fintech operations, product operations, investment or strategy, or founder-led roles.
- Experience with enterprise customers and/or regulated workflows in finance, insurance, or healthcare.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including memos, project plans, customer updates, and specifications.
- Project management experience focused on execution, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
- Analytical ability using Excel or Sheets, basic modeling, and KPI design.
- Comfort working on-site in San Francisco, typically beginning at 8:00 AM and working around 60 hours per week.
