What you will do

• Support Agent Development leadership with strategy and operations partnership, bringing operational rigor.
• Establish operating cadence to provide visibility into business health metrics like pipeline, deployment, utilization, and risks.
• Define and scale best practices for enterprise AI agent deployment.
• Drive account expansion strategy by identifying opportunities and building repeatable growth motions.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.
• Build internal AI-powered tools to automate workflows and increase operational leverage.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier tech companies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and deliver business insights.
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in strategy and operations roles.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commercial instinct and understanding of enterprise technology product deployment and expansion.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Technical fluency and coding comfort using AI coding tools to build internal solutions.

• Previous 0-1 operating experience at a growth stage technology company.
