What you will do

• Plan and execute projects within established scope, timeline, budget, and process guidelines.
• Track execution, compliance metrics, project status, and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate project staffing with line managers and resource management teams.
• Manage project financial processes, reporting, escalations, documentation, and solution quality reviews.
• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks according to established guidelines.
• Mentor and train project management team members.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in the relevant job family.
• Basic knowledge of related job families and the semiconductor industry context.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal or external stakeholders.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
