What you will do
- Manage assigned internal projects and programs from intake through close-out with minimal direction.
- Build structured Monday.com project plans with phases, tasks, owners, dependencies, and milestones.
- Track risks, blockers, critical paths, deliverables, and the status of multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Coordinate handoffs and recurring status reviews across functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Maintain operations dashboards, SOPs, templates, process documentation, Teams workspaces, and the Operations SharePoint site.
- Use Claude and Copilot for drafting, analysis, prompt-based automation, and operational problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional project or program management experience, including building plans, sequencing dependencies, and driving execution.
- Independent execution skills, strong self-management, proactive risk identification, and comfort handling ambiguous requests.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience creating Monday.com or comparable project plans from scratch.
- Experience in clean transportation, clean energy, sustainability, professional services, GovCon, grant-funded programs, or a comparable structured environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, executive-level drafting, meeting leadership, discretion with confidential information, and demonstrated use of AI tools with prompt engineering.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent agile PM/PMO experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience supporting an executive or department lead directly.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding and BI tools.
