Mission Project Lead

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Washington, DC

Salary: $120K–$160K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day engineering execution against program priorities, milestones, and near-term objectives.
• Track active work, owners, dependencies, due dates, completion criteria, and engineering progress.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, milestone reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and drive resolution of technical, resource, dependency, and coordination blockers.
• Track delivery risks and coordinate recovery actions with engineering leads and Technical Program Managers.
• Prepare concise status updates and maintain execution documentation.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government security clearance or ability to obtain one; Top Secret/SCI eligibility is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required ITAR authorizations.
• 3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, technical programs, mission operations, systems engineering, or a similar execution-focused environment.
• Experience working with software development teams and familiarity with iterative or Agile development practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and program teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with space systems, ground software, or U.S. Government programs.
• Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
