Operations Manager

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and support ongoing and future construction projects.
• Ensure safety expectations, company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements are followed.
• Monitor project financial performance and production.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and pursue business growth opportunities.
• Lead, direct, audit, mentor, and review assigned staff.
• Estimate work and recruit and develop personnel for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Alternatively, 10+ years of leadership experience in the construction or utilities industry.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to develop a strong safety culture.
• Excellent written, verbal, sales, communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
