Area Operations Manager (Oregon)

What you will do

• Lead the successful operation and growth of hirify.global’s Oregon business.
• Partner with senior Business Group and Operations leadership to plan business priorities and meet company goals.
• Navigate infrastructure, compliance, and funding challenges affecting public-sector leaders and the built environment.
• Oversee delivery of infrastructure, environmental, planning, and consulting services.
• Lead and coordinate a team of more than 250 staff across Oregon.

Requirements

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and senior leadership.
• Understanding of infrastructure, compliance, and funding challenges facing public leaders in Oregon.
• Experience working for an A/E/C consulting firm.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) registration.
