Operations Manager

What you will do

• Direct terminal programs and implement company policies to meet customer contract requirements.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and supervise facilities support teams.
• Inspect sites, conduct quality and safety audits, and maintain equipment and supply inventories.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, proposals, contracts, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, plus 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, and time-management skills.
• Experience with project management, presentations, interviewing, coaching, and employee training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to manage personnel, address complaints, resolve problems, and communicate with customers, employees, managers, and regulatory agencies.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; some travel is required.
