Lead, DC Operations

Location: McDonough, Georgia, United States; onsite at a distribution center

What you will do

• Support daily operational plans, labor scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Direct workflow and floor coverage for an assigned team of generally fewer than eight associates.
• Monitor productivity, aged orders, priority shipments, fulfillment processes, and system-generated reports.
• Support accurate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory placement, and warehouse space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOPs, equipment guidelines, facility inspections, and warehouse security requirements.
• Coach, train, and cross-train associates while identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 1.5 years of related experience in a distribution environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency for speaking and understanding is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs, walk the warehouse floor, stand for up to 12 hours, and work overtime including weekends and holidays.
