B Shift Shipping Lead

Location: Mooresville, Indiana, United States; onsite at the US Midwest Distribution Center

Salary: $18.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and assign daily responsibilities to shipping-department associates for the Friday-to-Sunday B shift.
• Monitor attendance, breaks, lunches, staffing levels, productivity, and workflow.
• Read incoming-wave reports and coordinate with fulfillment departments, Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Identify performance gaps and provide retraining or coaching when needed.
• Train associates on procedures and verify that processes are completed accurately and safely.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience or ability to work under competing priorities and solve problems.
• Patience and ability to train and teach associates.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn RF scanners and other job tools, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork, motivation, willingness to cross-train, and ability to follow safety procedures.
