Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California, United States; onsite warehouse role with early morning, evening, weekend, and peak-period overtime schedules.

What you will do

• Support department managers in overseeing daily warehouse operations across multiple functional areas.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coach, guide, and train frontline associates while building high-performing teams.
• Communicate operational updates, progress, and concerns to department leadership.
• Partner with Human Resources, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control.
• Support compliance initiatives, process improvements, and a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently or with a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work around moving equipment, noise, and varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required warehouse equipment certifications.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership or training experience.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
