Receiving Lead (Distribution)

Location: US - IN Mooresville Distribution Center; onsite

Salary: $24.13–$27.16 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and assign daily responsibilities to receiving department personnel.
• Monitor incoming waves, staffing levels, productivity, attendance, breaks, and scheduled shift coverage.
• Maintain steady workflow within receiving and dependent fulfillment departments.
• Identify performance gaps, retrain associates, and coach team members on productivity and behavioral issues.
• Train associates on procedures and verify process accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate operational issues to Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.

Requirements

• Strong ability to work under competing priorities and solve problems.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Patience and ability to train and teach associates.
• Ability to learn RF scanners, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, cross-train outside the immediate department, and demonstrate dependability.
