Operations Team Lead, Stocking - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Jackson, Tennessee, USA; Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., with overtime when required.

Pay: $23.25 per hour depending on experience, plus a $2.00 second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Lead department workflow and provide direction to hourly associates.
• Train and develop associates while supporting operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate work across departments to ensure efficient completion of stocking and production activities.
• Monitor quality and productivity standards and ensure customer requests, deadlines, and commitments are met.
• Serve as the department contact for production system issues and questions.
• Research operational issues and recommend solutions, including process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with PC-based applications.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• At least six months of experience involving walking, standing, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, bending, climbing, reaching, and keyboarding.
• Ability to work onsite in Jackson, Tennessee, on the specified second-shift schedule.
