Salary: $98,633.53–$135,621.11 annually

What you will do

• Lead buyers, subcontract management specialists, and category leads in developing and improving the supply base.
• Set priorities to maintain production schedules, program milestones, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate material, planning, and production objectives with executive management, program management, Operations, logistics, and other departments.
• Prepare capital, contract equipment, and facility requests based on program and company demands.
• Drive supply chain innovation, procurement-system improvements, and implementation of complex projects.
• Define, measure, and communicate supply chain KPIs while managing department performance and direct reports.

Requirements

• Currently serving on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program; the fellowship is not available to separated veterans.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Typically 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 0–2+ years of management experience.
• Supply chain management expertise and proficient negotiation skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce authorizations.

Nice to have

• Development and production experience.
• In-depth knowledge of commodity, category, and sourcing management.
• Experience with manufacturing timelines, technical requirements, and government-contract supply chains.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS compliance.
