Senior Software Integration Developer (Azure)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and develop REST and SOAP API integrations, event-driven flows, and batch data pipelines across enterprise platforms.
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, field-level source-to-target documentation, data-flow diagrams, and integration architecture.
• Implement authentication, encryption, secrets management, least-privilege access, logging, alerting, and error handling.
• Build middleware that securely exchanges data between commercial, FedRAMP, and CMMC/CUI environments while maintaining authorization boundaries.
• Coordinate integration projects across business system owners, vendors, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required; an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Six or more years of application and data integration development experience, including hands-on API development.
• Deep experience with REST and SOAP APIs, API lifecycle management, middleware or iPaaS platforms, data transformation, and ETL/ELT.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET, Python, or Java, plus SQL and Azure data services such as Azure SQL and Synapse.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, mutual TLS, token and secrets management, and integration security.
• Experience integrating enterprise business systems and coordinating technical projects across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, UKG Pro, Icertis ICI, Integrify, SharePoint, or CrowCanyon.
• Azure, MuleSoft, or Boomi certification; PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, infrastructure as code, API gateways, Azure Government, or Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Experience in government contracting or CMMC/DFARS-regulated environments.
