Senior .NET Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, Telerik Kendo UI, and NPM.
• Build and enhance ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC applications with JavaScript, CSS/SASS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
• Develop data access layers with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET.
• Write and optimize SQL Server 2022 queries, stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, and other database objects.
• Maintain service-oriented components with WCF, implement unit tests, and troubleshoot application, database, and server-tier issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, and release delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least seven years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the Federal government is mandatory.
• Employer-based sponsorship is not available; legal permanent residents must have maintained US residency for at least the past three years.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, WCF, SQL Server 2022, T-SQL, database design, and migrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Web Apps, CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, Agile development, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern AI services and platforms, especially Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and Python.
• Familiarity with SonarQube or similar static code analysis tools.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or related cloud certification.
