Digital Producer / OBS/VMIX Specialist

What you will do

• Create and edit original content for web, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Build and configure OBS/VMIX scenes, source routing, scene collections, profiles, and Stream Deck integrations.
• Operate OBS and VMIX during daily live news broadcasts and support productions through the ENPS rundown.
• Prepare and troubleshoot OBS/VMIX, Stream Deck, and related production equipment for live broadcasts.
• Train staff on OBS/VMIX functions, scene creation, source management, profile settings, and hardware operation.
• Coordinate with Executive Producers, anchors, and engineering staff to ensure smooth broadcast execution and production quality.

Requirements

• Degree in journalism and required daily newspaper or news site experience.
• Experience with OBS Studio and Stream Deck programming.
• Knowledge of live television production and studio operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced live production environment.
• Proficiency in Associated Press style and familiarity with digital publishing, copy editing, grammar, and punctuation.

Nice to have

• Live web samples and/or print pages.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and basic HTML.
• CSS, Flash, and other relevant technology skills.
