What you will do

• Edit and complete visual post-production for full-length podcast episodes distributed on YouTube and other video platforms.
• Create shoulder content including quote cards, clips, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Design motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, split screens, overlays, and other visual cues.
• Maintain consistent visual branding through color, typography, layout, and pacing.
• Shape mixed-location interviews and incorporate archival video or social content to strengthen storytelling.
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and showrunners to deliver polished content on a regular schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in podcast or social video production for a media brand or individual talent.
• Fluency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or other professional video editing software.
• Strong understanding of editing flow, pacing, story arcs, and tight-deadline production.
• A portfolio demonstrating control of voice, tone, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with motion graphics, typography, on-screen text, multi-camera editing, split screens, overlays, and animated inserts.
• Deep knowledge of social media and the development of podcasts as multiplatform media products.
