What you will do

• Edit and complete visual post-production for full-length podcast episodes distributed on YouTube and other video platforms.
• Create shortform content including quote cards, clips, behind-the-scenes videos, and social edits.
• Design motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, split-screen layouts, overlays, punch-ins, and animated inserts.
• Shape pacing, visual tone, narrative flow, and brand consistency across longform and shortform formats.
• Integrate mixed-location interviews, archival footage, and social content into polished stories.
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and showrunners to deliver high-quality content on a regular schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in podcast or social video production for a media brand or individual talent.
• Fluency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or other video editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating control of voice, tone, pacing, and story rhythm.
• Experience with motion graphics, typography, on-screen text, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience with multi-camera editing, split screens, overlays, and animated inserts.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
