Digital Video Producer/Editor (Sports)

Location: Full-time onsite at an hirify.global-designated worksite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

hirify.global is a media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, news, sports, and streaming content through brands including NBC Sports and Peacock.

What you will do

• Edit online video and lead production of game highlights, sound clips, and other sports content.
• Create storylines and original video content for NBC Sports Philadelphia’s digital platforms, covering Philadelphia sports and national headlines.
• Plan, schedule, shoot, edit, and publish video segments, live streams, interviews, packages, and film breakdowns.
• Apply digital video best practices to maximize audience reach and publish content across Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop engaging social media posts and collaborate with video and TV content teams.
• Support the training of interns throughout the year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of professional digital editing or video production experience, including internships.
• Advanced knowledge of shooting with different cameras.
• Advanced experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Avid, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or equivalent editing software.
• Excellent editing skills, news judgment, and understanding of Philadelphia sports storylines.
• Full-time onsite work at an hirify.global-designated worksite is required.
