Senior Multimedia Producer

What you will do

• Concept, produce, edit, and deliver commercial-level video content from storyboard and shot list through final delivery.
• Create customer stories, executive thought leadership, event coverage, partnership content, brand initiatives, and social-first assets.
• Develop motion graphics, animated text, visual overlays, transitions, and other visual assets for digital channels and events.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats and deliver assets in multiple aspect ratios for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Partner with marketing, sales, executives, and external vendors while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Build reusable templates and content systems that improve visual consistency and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced video editing skills with a strong understanding of pacing, composition, and narrative structure.
• Experience producing content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and events.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication, organizational, and visual storytelling skills, supported by a portfolio or demo reel.
• Required technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• 5–7 years of experience in multimedia production, video production, content creation, or related creative roles.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, production studio, media organization, sports marketing environment, or Fortune 500 technology company.
• Experience with B2B technology brands, photography, and event content production.
• Drone certification and experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Experience with Lightroom, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and AI-driven video and content creation tools.
