VP, Head of AI Enablement

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid work is available from home near a hirify.global Hub or from an office, with required commuting to the nearest Hub for regular in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $170,000–$290,000 gross annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI enablement programs and the employee experience strategy for responsible use of approved AI tools.
• Drive AI tool and priority use-case rollouts, including launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, guidance, adoption support, and post-launch learning.
• Build and manage internal AI communities, champion networks, learning forums, office hours, showcases, and peer knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create playbooks, FAQs, responsible-use guidance, launch kits, leader toolkits, demos, and communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with legal, compliance, risk, privacy, technology, marketing, communications, HR, learning, and business teams.
• Define adoption and engagement metrics, prepare executive updates, and develop internal and external AI storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of experience in employee experience, enablement, change management, communications, marketing, learning, transformation, technology adoption, or strategic program leadership; 12+ years may substitute for a degree.
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise adoption programs for new tools, digital capabilities, emerging technologies, or new ways of working.
• Experience working across control and business functions in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, collaboration tools, employee productivity technologies, and responsible-use concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive narratives, launch plans, practical enablement materials, adoption campaigns, and employee-facing communications.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI, generative AI, data, analytics, digital workplace, automation, or employee productivity adoption programs.
• Experience with technology-focused external marketing, public relations, executive thought leadership, or brand storytelling.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, credit, or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams communities, SharePoint, Viva, Power BI, learning platforms, survey tools, and adoption analytics platforms.
