Vice President, Operations Digitalization (AI)

Location: New York, NY; Newport Beach, CA; or Austin, TX, USA

Base salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 5–6 professionals focused on Operations digitalization, AI adoption, and process transformation.
• Shape and execute the global Operations AI, automation, and digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end process reviews and re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and service delivery.
• Accelerate AI adoption, including Copilot/Co-Work initiatives and use cases with TASC and third-party AI firms.
• Oversee the rollout of Appian workflow tools, including hirify.global Lifecycle Manager, Workflow Wizard, and AI agents.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience within an asset manager, investment bank, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.
• Experience with AI strategy and implementation, digital transformation, process re-engineering, operational excellence, workflow automation, or change management.
• Proven record of leading enterprise-scale or function-wide transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Prior people management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Risk, and Compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, project management, vendor management, and hands-on execution skills.
