Senior Project Manager - Foundations (Power Delivery & Deep Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Otsego, Minnesota, United States; long-term onsite assignments and required travel across project locations

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead projects through pursuit, estimating, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee complex foundation and civil scopes, including drilled piers, caissons, driven piles, micropiles, structural concrete, spread footings, anchors, excavation, and site access.
• Manage safety, schedules, budgets, quality, forecasting, cost controls, productivity, and project risk.
• Lead and mentor project teams, field leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage client and partner relationships while coordinating engineering, estimating, procurement, and field operations.
• Address constructability challenges, geotechnical risks, and logistical constraints while driving continuous improvement and safety-first practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in civil, foundation, transmission, or substation construction.
• Direct experience with deep foundation systems, including drilled piers, caissons, driven piles, micropiles, and specialty foundations.
• Experience managing large, complex construction projects and multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, or similar project scheduling and management software, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and availability for long-term onsite project assignments.
