What you will do

• Develop AI-driven ideas and go-to-market initiatives for partner channels.
• Own partner reporting for management and recommend new strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to support monitoring and data-driven decisions.
• Identify strategic partnerships outside Spain and replicate successful Spanish-market strategies across other markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• French, German, or Italian.
• Experience with CRM software.
