Trade & Working Capital Solutions - Global Origination Associate (Data & AI)

Location: Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Spain; hybrid work model with some days remote and some days onsite.

Global banking group hirify.global provides customized corporate and institutional banking services through its hirify.global Corporate & Investment Banking division.

What you will do

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, business gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Translate data-driven insights into concrete growth initiatives for Trade & Working Capital Solutions.
• Lead projects end to end, including scoping, requirements definition, execution planning, progress tracking, escalation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare strategic and business materials for senior management, governance, decision-making, oversight, and reporting.
• Define and oversee advanced Data & AI models that improve client insight, value propositions, business performance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global Sales and Product teams, support origination efforts, and develop strategic communications about transactions, projects, and partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, excluding internships.
• Bachelor’s degree; studies in Business Administration, Economics, Data & Business Analytics, or Engineering are preferred.
• Advanced English and advanced Spanish are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in dynamic international environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial institutions, consulting, strategy, business development, customer intelligence, or related corporate roles.
• Master’s degree and advanced data analytics skills.
• Professional use of AI tools for analysis, content development, and workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of finance principles.
• Portuguese, French, Italian, or German language skills.
