Technical Assembler (High-Tech Manufacturing)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; onsite work in a two-shift system

Salary: €3,200–€4,200 gross per month, depending on experience; 14.4% shift allowance.

What you will do

• Build and assemble complete technical modules from the first assembly step through final completion.
• Install mechanical components, subassemblies, electrical components, and wiring.
• Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and product specifications.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to check dimensions, connections, and quality.
• Identify assembly issues, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to practical solutions.
• Work according to quality, safety, and ESD procedures.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of experience assembling mechatronic products, machines, modules, or complex technical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly and hand tools.
• Accurate, systematic approach with responsibility for work quality.
• Willingness and ability to work in a two-shift system.
• Experience in machine building, food machinery, packaging, agriculture, industrial automation, automotive, medical technology, or high-tech manufacturing is relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronics or PCBA.
• Experience working according to ESD procedures.
• Experience using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
• Experience with or interest in troubleshooting during assembly.
