Mechatronics Assembly Technician (All-round)

Location: On-site in Almere, Netherlands; applicants must currently reside in the Netherlands within reliable commuting distance of Almere.

Salary: EUR 2,300–2,700 per month.

What you will do

• Assemble heat seal machines from scratch, integrating mechanical and electronic components.
• Perform diagnostic testing and calibrate completed machines before shipment.
• Solder switches and displays onto PCBs, program circuit boards, and complete fine calibration.
• Manufacture spare parts, including connectors for heating elements.
• Collect manufactured products and prepare them for the logistics department.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the Netherlands and within reliable commuting distance of Almere.
• Strong mechanical insight and curiosity about how technical systems work.
• Hands-on experience with PCB soldering, including delicate components such as switches and displays.
• Accurate, meticulous, and serious approach to assembly and calibration.
• Ability to work autonomously across programming, machine-frame assembly, and warehouse support.
• Background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
