Focus on solving equipment and process issues, documenting production through SAP and MES, and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and Lean methodologies.
Location: Netherlands – Breda; onsite manufacturing facility

What you will do
- Operate and monitor highly automated production and packaging lines.
- Perform equipment set-ups, product changeovers, line clearances, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical and process issues, adjust equipment, and optimize machine settings and process parameters.
- Monitor, verify, and document production activities using SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Support deviation investigations, triage activities, and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean and structured problem-solving methods.
Requirements
- MBO-level or equivalent technical education.
- Experience in automated manufacturing, preferably in assembly, labeling, packaging, or process industries.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, communication, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with structured problem-solving methods such as RCA or 5 Why.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing; GMP experience is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and willingness to work rotating 3-shift or 5-shift schedules.
