Product Service Technician (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain, configure, upgrade, and refurbish hirify.global medical devices and approved OEM products.
• Evaluate warranty eligibility and determine appropriate repair processes.
• Prepare repair quotations for customer-owned equipment.
• Document product failures, repairs, and service actions in internal systems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support by phone and collaborate with international service teams.
• Support continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies and DMAIC and PDSA problem-solving tools.

Requirements

• MBO4+ degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical service, repair, maintenance, or workshop environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage; strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
