Company
designs and manufactures advanced semiconductor equipment used by semiconductor companies to produce microchips.
What you will do
- Assemble, test, and qualify complex electromechanical systems to defined specifications.
- Follow documented manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during assembly activities.
- Record completed work and communicate progress across shifts.
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical production.
- Experience using precision measurement tools and mechanical hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, data, and documentation.
- Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom while wearing full PPE for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting or moving up to 20 pounds, working on ladders and platforms, and operating material-handling equipment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar ERP software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in a cleanroom or regulated production environment.
