Physical Therapist - Orthopedic (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale, California; Monday-Friday scheduling within 8:00am-6:30pm, with 4x10 or 5x8 shift options.

Salary: $127,720-$159,650 annually

What you will do

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans using clinical reasoning, current research, and patient values.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and other Health Center staff.
• Participate in patient-care meetings, documentation, reporting, peer review, presentations, and continuing competence activities.
• Promote employee safety and wellness by assessing ergonomics, correcting body mechanics, and working with safety officers, ergonomists, human resources, and vendors.
• Develop and deliver injury-prevention presentations, health-promotion workshops, musculoskeletal screenings, and exercise programs.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy or ambulatory care clinic.
• Required outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• All state licenses and certifications required to practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation and training meeting American Heart Association standards; fully online courses are not accepted.
• Current board certification is preferred.
