Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health Services - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Location: 1506 Radio Rd, Ellensburg, Washington 98926, USA; full-time onsite role, 40 hours per week

Salary: USD 51.00–77.30 per hour, based on applicable experience

What you will do

• Conduct complete patient assessments and develop physical therapy plans of care under physician direction.
• Integrate physical therapy into comprehensive home health care plans.
• Coordinate therapy services with other professionals involved in patient care.
• Evaluate hospice patients for palliation of symptoms affecting mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Graduation from a certified physical therapy program.
• Current physical therapist license in the State of Washington.
• Current CPR card with ongoing maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and automobile liability insurance.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.

Nice to have

• LSVT BIG certification.
• Previous home care or inpatient/outpatient experience.
