Regional Manager - Foundations (Power Delivery & Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin; regional and project-based operations across the United States. Extensive travel to project sites is required.

What you will do

• Lead foundation construction operations across multiple projects and locations.
• Manage regional revenue, costs, forecasts, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee drilled piers and caissons, driven piles and micropiles, structural concrete, spread footings, embed systems, excavation, sitework, and access roads.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on bids and project pursuits.
• Build client, subcontractor, and partner relationships while managing risks, workforce planning, equipment utilization, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years of progressive construction experience focused on foundation, civil, or power delivery projects.
• Leadership experience managing multiple project teams, regions, or business units.
• Deep knowledge of drilled shafts and piers, driven piles and micropiles, structural concrete, and site civil work.
• Financial management experience covering budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance, plus familiarity with Primavera, HCSS, or similar project management and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, strong communication and decision-making skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
