Regional Manager - Foundations - Michels Power, Inc. (Power Delivery & Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Otsego, Minnesota; regional and project-based operations across the United States. Extensive travel to project sites is required.

Salary: $150,000–$230,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead foundation and civil construction operations across multiple projects and locations.
• Manage regional P&L performance, revenue growth, cost control, forecasts, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee drilled piers and caissons, driven piles and micropiles, structural concrete, spread footings, anchor systems, excavation, sitework, and access roads.
• Support estimating, preconstruction, client relationships, resource planning, workforce development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years of progressive construction experience, including foundation, civil, or power delivery projects.
• Experience managing multiple project teams, regions, or business units.
• Deep knowledge of drilled shafts and piers, driven piles and micropiles, structural concrete, and site civil work.
• Financial acumen, team leadership, operational excellence, and experience with Primavera, HCSS, or similar project management and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, strong communication and decision-making skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
