Salary: $112,000–$169,000 annually

What you will do

• Direct the activities of construction workers personally or through subordinate supervisors.
• Manage multiple foundation and industrial construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate project activities with the General Superintendent, safety staff, foremen, and Project Managers.
• Oversee structural concrete construction and subcontractor activities.
• Lead by example and maintain a strong focus on job-site safety and schedule performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related construction industry experience and/or training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
