Regional Manager - Substation (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; travel to project sites within the region is required.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee regional substation EPC and construction projects, including greenfield, brownfield, BESS, renewable energy, and industrial power facilities.
• Manage regional programs and project portfolios against safety, quality, schedule, financial, and profitability objectives.
• Forecast resource requirements, allocate personnel, monitor project performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regional personnel, mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, and support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Build customer relationships, support business development, manage regional RFPs, and represent the business at industry and customer events.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, risks, change strategies, and contractual compliance while supporting regional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, programs, regional portfolios, profitability, forecasting, budgets, and resource planning.
• Strong knowledge of substation construction methods, sequencing, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project controls, job cost tracking, and estimating software.
• PMP, PE, or other advanced industry certifications.
