Senior Customer Service Representative

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States

Salary: $16.27–$20.32 per hour

hirify.global operates auctions for transportation items and equipment, supporting consignors and buyers with registration and transaction documentation.

What you will do

• Support consignors with registration requirements and documentation needed to sell transportation items at auctions.
• Provide buyers with paperwork and vehicle history reports so they can register auction purchases.
• Receive customer inquiries, resolve issues, and accurately track customer interactions.
• Provide information about upcoming auctions and available equipment.
• Work closely with Territory Managers and internal customers to handle requests promptly.
• Perform E-Clerking duties and other assigned tasks when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume customer contact environment with transactional responsibilities.
• Commitment to strict ethical standards and confidentiality when handling contracts and consignors.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
