Pay: $18.00–$20.29 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations.
• Answer and place calls professionally while meeting call-quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues by gathering information and offering appropriate solutions.
• Provide office support and potentially handle chat and email customer support.
• Work occasional overtime and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and professional presentation.
