RV Operations Customer Service

Location: Remote - USA

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 hourly

What you will do

• Advise customers about program benefits and assist with covered benefit requests.
• Support customer enrollment and renewals.
• Direct customers to the department best equipped to resolve their issue.
• Handle initial technical assistance calls.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of recreational vehicles and roadside assistance.
