Customer Service Representatitve

Location: Ft Worth, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $18.00–$20.29 per hour

hirify.global operates an online vehicle auction platform connecting vehicle sellers with buyers worldwide.

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations.
• Answer and place calls professionally while focusing on call resolution.
• Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions.
• Provide office support and potentially expand into chat and email support.
• Complete other assigned duties and occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service attitude and written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency with office equipment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute and professional appearance.

Nice to have

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• Bilingual skills.
