What you will do

• Lead financial performance management for cost centres, including forecasts, budgets, and monthly closings.
• Act as a business partner by analysing financial drivers, deviations, and performance insights.
• Standardize controlling processes and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into cost centre performance and manpower utilization.
• Resolve accounting, reporting, and complex setup topics with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, budgeting, and corporate finance in a complex business environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing experienced finance teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP applications, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English communication skills required; German is beneficial.
