Project Manager, Heavy Civil (Civil Engineering)

Location: Renton, Washington, United States; travel up to 25–30%.

Expected salary range: $110,000–$130,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate designated construction projects within scheduled timelines and funding parameters.
• Manage the civil scope, including ground improvements, earthwork, and precast work.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors throughout project delivery.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, anticipate project needs, and meet deadlines.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• Five or more years of post-college experience.
• Experience with deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel up to 25–30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• PMP or PE certification.
