Project Superintendent, Heavy Civil

Location: Renton, Washington, United States; long-term onsite projects and travel required

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Direct construction activities personally or through subordinate supervisors.
• Manage multiple heavy civil projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with the General Superintendent, safety staff, foremen, and Project Managers.
• Oversee structural concrete construction and subcontractor activities.
• Lead field work in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related construction industry experience and/or training.
• Experience with heavy civil and alternative delivery projects.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, leadership, and safety commitment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures.
