Director, Agile Product Owner - Enterprise AI Assistants

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Salary: $120,400–$198,700 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the AI Assistants team while driving enterprise adoption across hirify.global.
• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI Assistant platforms.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain an execution-ready backlog aligned with measurable business outcomes for approximately 30,000 users.
• Make hands-on product decisions, refine backlog items, define acceptance criteria, and support delivery of AI capabilities.
• Partner with business lines, Legal, Governance, and Generative AI leads to align roadmaps with enterprise strategy and compliance requirements.
• Establish product standards, enablement practices, rollout processes, performance monitoring, and responses to critical adoption or delivery issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field and 3 years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• At least 2 years of Agile product management experience and 2 years of experience in the supported discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis into product direction.
• Agile mindset with experience applying Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong influence, servant leadership, communication, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills. US work authorization is required; hirify.global does not sponsor H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT for this role.
